Our DEI&I plan accelerates progress, with education being a critical component. For example, Paradigm Reach, a training platform with courses, microlearning and resources, aims to build a shared vocabulary, develop new skills and collaboration to create a more inclusive organization.

Diligent also supports several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including Black at Diligent, Generational, Multicultural, Parenting & Care Giving, Pride (LGBTQIA+), Mental Health and Women in Tech. These groups fast-track DEI&I education and create a safe place for growth, understanding, compassion and empathy.

Through Diligent’s Modern Leadership Initiative we launched the Director Network – the largest and most diverse global network of corporate directors.
